Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
Cancellation requests must be made within 12–24 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is packed or dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
Refunds are applicable only if the order is successfully canceled before dispatch.
No refunds will be provided once the order is dispatched under any circumstances.
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as mutually agreed.
