All products are live plants, and natural variations in size, color, and appearance are expected. Plants may look slightly different from images due to growth stages and seasonal changes.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or mutual agreement. Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Shipping or transport charges (if applicable) will be communicated separately.
Delivery is done via train and bus transport to selected locations only. Customers must arrange timely pickup from the transport point. We are not responsible for delays caused by transport services.
The risk transfers to the customer once the plants are dispatched. Minor transit stress such as leaf drop or slight damage is natural and acceptable.
We follow a strict no return and no replacement policy due to the perishable nature of plants.
Customers must check product details carefully before ordering. Proper care after delivery is the customer's responsibility.
Ankuram Nursery will not be liable for any indirect loss, damage, or delay once the order is dispatched.
