Shipping Policy

At Ankuram Nursery, we take utmost care in packing and dispatching our plants to ensure they reach you in healthy condition.

1. Shipping Method

We offer delivery through train and bus transport to selected locations only. Orders are dispatched based on availability of transport routes and schedules.

2. Delivery Coverage

Shipping is available only to selective cities and towns where reliable train or bus connectivity is accessible. Customers are requested to confirm service availability before placing an order.

3. Dispatch & Delivery Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 days after confirmation. Delivery time depends on transport schedules and distance, typically ranging from 2–4 days.

4. Packaging

All plants are securely packed to minimize damage during transit. Slight variations in plant condition due to travel stress are natural.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure timely pickup from the designated bus stand or railway station. Any delay in collection may affect plant health, for which we are not responsible.

6. No Return / No Replacement Policy

Due to the perishable nature of plants, we strictly follow a no return and no replacement policy. We do not accept returns or provide replacements once the order is dispatched.

7. Order Confirmation

Once the order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be canceled or modified.
